Our Attention to Quality

Start with the best design and combine it with beautiful print

It begins with our pre-press inspection and a detailed review of print ready files from our clients. Our lengthy experience in the industry helps us identify any discrepancies within submitted materials (Low resolution links, missing fonts, photos or pages, etc). Our in-house desktop publishers would be able to correct any issues found on the documents themselves without any additional built-in lead time. Finalized PDF proofs would then be provided for a final validation of content prior to print.

Once a job has been approved for print, the print process follows the highest of standards in both quality assurances and color accuracy. The job will proceed from our prepress department straight to our pressroom. Our pressroom houses a sheet fed Heidelberg Speedmaster printing press that is capable of printing stock at speeds of up to 15,000 sheets per hour. With the ability to autoplate, autoperfect and AI color dampening, high-quality print runs are on and off the press at a blisteringly quick rate.

Produce products from traditional offset to today’s digital

Our two Heidelberg QuickMaster printing presses are ideal for smaller stocks and shorter run volumes. These presses provide amazing and accurate color matches and allow for quick turnarounds between jobs. NCR forms, business cards and clothing tags are the most popular QuickMaster print jobs.

Regardless of the press used, we strive to accurately match and document all ink values so that future re-orders are consistent in quality and will match flawlessly. Our team of professional press operators are our greatest asset in providing top quality work and a quick turnaround.

Your project is carefully inspected starting from the raw materials. We strive to stock from exemplary and sustainable sources, inks that are vegetable based and environmentally conscious. Quality assurance occurs at every stage of the printing process with press sheets being pulled off at random throughout production to ensure adequate ink coverage and colour accuracy. The same goes with the bindery process, where booklets and/or final materials are inspected prior to shipment.
